Service Improvements 84 UBC/VCC-Clark Station We will be responsive to any customer concerns we receive and will do our best to modify service within our resources. Preserve span of service (i.e., the hours of operation that a route is in service) Maintain service where it is infrequent or other travel options are limited Minimize overcrowding: reduce on routes and at times where there is available space Maintain frequent service: avoid reducing service below 15-minutes on frequent routes Bus service adjustments were based on the following guiding principles: These small adjustments on frequent routes allow us to keep service on the busiest bus routes throughout the region. Routes 32, 258, and 480 will remain suspended until further notice. Small service adjustments will translate to a three-to-five-minute change in frequency for customers on select routes.Īdjusted bus routes will continue to see frequent transit service of 15-minutes or better. We will be making small reductions on bus routes throughout Metro Vancouver. We will be improving service on five bus routes to better serve our customers.

As Metro Vancouver adjusts to ongoing effects of the pandemic, we’re adjusting bus service levels and making some improvements with our Winter Service Changes. We make service changes every January, April, June, and September.
